Although the place is really a palace for our 4leg kids and one of the cleanest I have been, I am giving 4 stars. Such an useful service "to leave our 4leg kids and feel safe for them" should always followed by a smile of people working in! In the service sector attitude always plays a significant role. ......smile and 5th star will come! -:) -:) -:) I recommend it to all of you who want to have your 4leg kids in safe and clean place.

The place looks really good. There are rooms with both an internal an an external part. Each room have some kind of comfortable place, like a sofa, where the dog can rest. I saw televisions as well. The place has space for cats as well, every room is equipped with one big game to make the cat/s play. We are didn't bring our cats yet but we will in August. We went there to check the place. The provide a good quality brand food. I will update the review in the end of August after we will have back our cats.

I wanted to thank the Doggy Palace team for taking care of my beloved pets during my time abroad!!! I warmly recommend this pet hotel to any pet owner. My two cats and my dog will be spending the next holidays there again for sure!! Thumbs up to the team

Appalling and very stressful experience. My dog's leg got infected on 3 separate occasions while staying at Doggy Palace Arlon, last time August 2017. The first 2 times we thought "ok it happens". But when "it happens" for the third time and the kennel refuses any responsibility for what happened, no compassion offered - then it is time to say goodbye to Doggy Palace and to share our experience with other pet parents. An important information - it is the most expensive kennel in the whole region but the customer service is non existent: Instead of remaining at the kennel for the whole 24 days, as a result of our dog's condition we have arranged (from 1500 km away) an urgent pick up, after 17 days. The Doggy Palace charged for the whole 24 days. I am not even trying to explain the details of what room type we booked vs what we got - we payed the more expensive one. We hope this extra money is used for the wellbeing of all the dogs remaining at the kennel. But our dog is not going back to Doggy Palace Arlon. Update: Doggy Palace sent a very hostile msg with a threat. We were thretened with legal action if I do not remove the review above and I keep the sms msgs of the threat. Neat way to keep all the reviews in check.
