We have been stunned at the unprofessionalism and lack of client attention of this shop. We live in Luxembourg and called to ask if the shop had a specific sofa table that they retail in stock - to be sure we gave the specific reference number of the table. After taking quite some time to check the shop keeper finally confirmed that he had the table. We told him we would be coming that same afternoon from Lux to Arlon buy it. With traffic it took us about 1 hour to get there and upon arrival it turned out that it was the wrong table (!). When we expressed our disappointment the shop keeper got offended and rudely asked us to leave the shop. Unbelievable - Needless to say we will never return.
