Literaly the most unprofessional BMW consesion in the benelux.

Probably the worst BMW dealer in Europe! Installed wrong parts, never done a check after installation (items were still broken), pointed out their mistakes multiple times: never improved. They are the sole reason that I've stopped driving BMW after 20 years! What a horrible dealership and Bilia should be doing something! Stay away from this place! And yes, if you’ve checked the worksheet last week, you won’t find an entry. I’m talking about your unprofessional service over the past five years. You’ve installed wrong parts to fix the car, and then hadn’t even done a test before returning it to me. I had to leave my car again and return three days later. On top of that, you’ve charged me for the part that was still working AND the part you actually had to replace. Why? Because you didn’t do a test prior to the repair works or after. At least you’ve replaced the interior parts you’ve damaged during your works, but I guess I have to be grateful that you do that, and don’t expect a BMW dealership NOT to damage my car in the first place. As said, completely unprofessional and hasn’t been like this when it was still just “Emond”!
