Helaas ook een mindere ervaring. Ik vind jullie winkel én aanbod prachtig maar jullie klantenservice is écht zwak! Na een retour kreeg ik een tegoedcode toegestuurd. Na 5x mailen of een terugbetaling mogelijk was, kreeg ik geen gehoor. Ik besloot dan om een nieuwe bestelling te plaatsen, werkte de code niet. Hiervoor een mailtje gestuurd en had na enkele uren al antwoord?! De code stond terug op actief.. Hier reageerde ik terug op met de vraag waarom nooit op vorige mailtjes gereageerd is, maar helaas geen gehoor. Een simpel antwoord kan veel doen. Spijtig dat dit te veel moeite is of jullie hier geen moeite voor doen.
Ideale stopplaats wanneer je een feest plant. Cool stuff en eens iets anders dan hetgeen je vindt in de Hema en Ava.
