Very unfriendly, did not feel welcomed here
I have come here for my entire renovations, spending a very nice budget here, passing by customer service often but when they screw up a special delivery, it offcourse the customer his vault! On top of that they have a very unpleasant tone with me, the manager and that balding guy are the worst (the rest is pretty much ok...). If I would act with my customers in that way, I would loose them all or get fired on the spot if a boss would see or here this attitude! It gets that far that they still refuse to see their error that could have been prevented in correctly listening to their customer and providing me with the correct information needed based on the intel I provide! Worst of it all is, they won't even help look for a solution of the mess they made! This is the last time I spend 1 here, I don't even care if my other rooms will have different floors! Totally worth it to go to \Houthandel Borremans\ now!!
Worst customer service I have experienced ever. I asked for a small sample of wood for testing. They said they can cut it for me and then asked me to pay for the whole 2.5m piece. So, at least for sampling, not recommended.
