The website could be clearer but we can live with that. For me the biggest problem is the communication , they tell you in the mail that you will get the info by mail for the pickup but you don't get anything and when you explain that to them they tell you that you should check in your account, not even considering that the problem is maybe from them ... The support is quick but quite bad. Be careful when buying there are a lot of rules not in your favor (buyer)

The woman from support which calling me was rude, she don't to help me out. They was a problem with website, after it i will get invoice 2 weeks later, when i ask about other date for pickup my machine, she told me that she will block my account. When I went to pick up my purchase, one of the buyers was very rude to the seller because his purchase couldn't be loaded. He didn't want to leave the building. However, this was mentioned on the Troostwijk page. I was really surprised of the buyer's behaviour as he wasn't right but he kept saying it has to be loaded.

Bought a rowing machine which was supposed to work, nothing in the description to say it was defective. Asked the Auction house and the seller to at least send me the parts so I could change them. They refused and blocked my account!! that was my second purchase. The first one was a whole lot of wine, average price per bottle 10; all vinegar. They are just not trustworthy, stuff are extremely rude, specially this dude called Simon in the Antwerp office and the head office will not return any calls or respond to emails. A dead business pretending to still be around.
