Horrible company. They tricked me almost two years ago into buying a house in one of their developments in Romania, called Riverside Residence. Since then I had only problems and they are not interested in solving any of them. They lied about essential things like drinkable water, but the water can only be used for washing. A lot of problems with the rest of the utilities. Also the house was built poorly and it started falling apart. They do not care and take advantage that the laws in Romania are weak.

Dishonest people. Call for some of their rentals the answer was that they are already rented. I asked my Belgian colleague to call and their answer to him was: when do you want to visit!!!
Besteden veel aan reclame, de opvolging is ondermaats en de investering is enkel voor triple living. Zo wat elke investering is beter dan hier.
