Horrible CS experience: wrong invoice?, they can't help, you need to call to another service; I didnt receive invoice by post - not their fault, advice: go to complaint to post; poor Internet speed - they can't help, you need to ask for technician...what are they there for????

Great new and renovated store for all telemetry queries to be answered. Nice waiting area with comfortable chairs and television to help time pass. Alot better than the previous store. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.
