I had quite a bad experience there. Even if, like everywhere, there are a lot of great people among students and teachers, in general there isn't a nice vibe in the school. The people is very closed, and it doesn't feel like a creative place. When the lessons are over, most of the people go to their place, instead of making music together and jamming (I was at the jazz department). More than one teacher made racist comments to me, in dutch, a language i didn't understand at this point. By the way, all the subjects are in flemish (dutch), which is fine, because it's their language, but they could help the foreign students to get some material in english. The school claims that there is a lot of connection between disciplines (jazz, classical, dance, theater). Not really. My advise: check another school. Of course Antwerp is an option, but I'm sure you could have more fun in another conservatory.

Heel erg slecht!!!! I have got 3 lessons in one year from my teacher. And conservatorium found it okay. All my lessons were in Dutch, dont't know why are they dare to call themself an international school. I needed to present a theater parts in Dutch. There were a lot of sexual contecst. It is against my religion. But noone listened to me. Laughed about my Dutch which I don't even know!
Amazing installations, really big and nice.
