I wanted to buy a gift for myself and was choosing between different colours of gemstones, so I asked for a visit in person to see how will they look like on me. This gave me one of the nicest shopping experiences ever! Not only did I get my perfect ring, but I also felt very welcomed and taken care of and the conversation was meaningful and enriching. This visit has really made the day memorable in a positive way - despite traffic jams on Friday evening and fire near Antwerp, I am still smiling when I think of it :)

I was looking for a particular Arnold&Son watch and Riginov is one of the few Official Retailers. After some calls, where the communication was smooth and welcoming, I opted to purchase the watch from Napoleon. Even though, due to Covid-19 restrictions, I wasn’t able to go to Antwerp I found the “virtual” sale to be extremely easy as we managed to cover all the relevant points in a few calls. Constant updates on the process as well as pics of the watch being shipped are a very pleasant plus in this cases. And to be honest it deserve all the good comments and review since we had a very special and beautiful experience there. The owner was very hospitable and the service was perfect. You have several choices and products are in good quality ( very good quality of diamonds with very good prices). I recommend you to go directly to Riginov, no need to lose your time in other stores.

I highly recommend this jewelry store located in the city center near the train station. The service is excellent, you can check the models on the website also. The person in charge was very kind and pays attention to all details. He gives you all the time needed, explain, show you models and advise you. Since we came from other country, he even gave us discount ( and belgian chocolate) We really liked our experience in the store . What i liked most is the lifetime warranty ( even if you lose diamonds, he replace them for free ) .
