Parking facilities are ok. Spaces are a wee bit tight but manageable. But lifts are broken and stairhalls are filthy and disgusting with pools of and stinking of urine. Blèrch!
Summary: Just one star because a more negative rating is not possible! 1. No number plate recognition: I made a reservation for two days in advance. Up till now, I went in and out just once and the number plate has not been recognized. This is the opposite of convenience. Actually, the reservation makes life significantly more complicated (see below). 2. No customer service: Since I couldn’t get in/out, I tried to speak to the help desk which you should reach over a button at each exit barrier. Why do I have to wait for a few minutes to speak to someone? In one case the operator told me she will connect me to someone else for help but never did. They should be able to help the customer right away - maybe she was busy with her smartphone. Either way quite impertinent... Had to drive to another exit (!) to speak to someone who finally opened the barrier. 3. Dirt and bad smell: Seriously, any public toilets have a better smell than the elevators (of which 1/2 was broken) and the staircase. If you allow people to pee everywhere or don’t bother to clean, you just leave an unforgettable although disgusting memory.
The entry to the parking on Astridplein is dirty and soaking wet when it's raining outside. The smell of urine is unbearable. The exit to the street was flooded when I was driving out. Charging points for electric cars? Didn't work. Of cource. Prices are what you'd expect for this location. Way too expensive. The only upside to this experience is the ease with which entering and leaving is made when having registered your cars number plate. No more tickets to validate, just driving in and out. For this reason alone I give one star.
Great safe car park
Rather expensive parking but connected directly to the train station and astrid square. i payed 22 euros for 1 night. parking spots are spacious enough though so no need to squize, it enables others to park like idiots though. pay station didnt accept american express and the stairs were rather smelly.
Very expensive
Extremely overpriced similar to other Q-Park parkings. They claim to accept American Express credit cards but the payment machines refuse the cards. Elevators and stairs stink of urine. Avoid if you can.
