The brunette,older lady,doesn't belong to pro duo...I wanted to ask her a question,but she was busy at one cabinet,behind the casa.i repeat a polite \sorry\,for the third time,than she start to scream :you don't see that I am busy?you want I drop what I have in my hands? I think you should hire somebody who can talk when is busy with the hands.i think you should hire somebody polite.i won't come back to that shop

I don’t understand how this people can work there... I mean the employees. I was today to buy hair colour being the first time buying hair colour from pro-duo ( I’m buying normally only shampoo and conditioner). They didn’t give an advice and when I ask about the colour I picked and I want them to show me where it is they was very arrogant and just showed me the place where it was ‘here it is. Next time you have to know’. I was buying the hair colour (3 boxes of x100p in colour blonde cooper). Anyway they didn’t was at kassa and I had to wait like anyone could go outside without paying. But she didn’t said nothing that I needed to buy something more. Inside the boxes was only the paint, but not the developer cream. When I noticed was too late because I was applied the product like that, lucky that I had that cream from another hair colour and I could make the colour work. If no I was spending 25 euros for nothing, just because they cannot pay attention to the clients and they cannot be friendly. Never going back there and they start to lose a lot of clients here in Antwerpen just because of the attitude and that they are not good for this job. The lady I’m talking about is the fat lady with black short hair.

The products are more expensive here. Go on the Internet to find cheaper prizes. They don't have all the products and the service is just ok. No place to park your car or bike so walk.
