Pro Arte offers the best customer service I have ever seen. They really treat you as if you were someone royal. I can especially say that about the manager Frank. Besides that, there's a wide choice of quality stringed instruments. I am personally a harpist so if I go there I focus on harps, but from what I saw they have a wide choice of violins, cellos, classical guitars etc. Very kind and honest people, won't trick you into anything, neither try to convince you into buying something more expensive than you choose. I recommend 100000%
