She 'fixed' our phone, asked 140 for it, but the phone didn't even turn on after. Had to go back two times, and I had to explain the entire problem every time, because she couldn't remember anything about us or the phone, and apparently 'lost' all our receipt files on her computer. Will never visit again, I'm afraid. Two stars for kindness.

I thought I would have to add this. I was skeptical of coming all the way from Houthalen to Antwerp to get my computer fixed, but my time has paid off and it worth coming. Ruben the, computer Guy is super. He got my computer working like magic. I would recommend his work to anyone. Big ups to Ruben, I can enjoy my computer again. Friendly staff and Original accesories sold. Big thumbs up Kevin! I’m very much impressed by the great service and friendly advice by your computer service department. Coming all the way from Houthalen was worth it. Will come again!
