Cool store but don't expect a quick response via email, one responds a week if even that, i have patience and all but iv been waiting near a month to get the items that i want.
Great customer service
(Ordered right in the middle of the pandemic.) I ordered delivery via their free bike package network, not knowing I lived a little bit too far. They took quick action and rerouted the order using UPS, calling in advance letting me know about the change, free of charge. Best customer care experience I've had. Ever.
