The first major difference you, as participant, will notice is our payment model. A lot of people you will see walking into the building every day to work, won’t pay at all. Well, not in the traditional sense. In Kube8 we believe in a New Way of Working. The economical crisis has proven that there are other ways of being successful. Not in a vertical top-down environment, employer-to-employee, manager-pion, but in a horizontal way. We all have a vast amount of knowledge that we gained through experience in our professional lives, waiting to be used. This is called ‘social capital’. You can’t store in your wallet, but you can use it to ‘pay’ for your spot in Kube8. ‘Social capital’ is what you have when you take your expertise, experience and knowledge and share it with other people. In Kube8 we try to make a link to traditional monetary capital and social capital.
