This is what one of the participants wrote about the Behavioural Awareness workshop with Els. The training was organised by ExchangeVZW and took place at Bergrivier Municipality, South Africa. "I want to thank you for providing me with the opportunity for sharing the Behavioural Awareness training with Els, it was absolutely amazing. I think both municipalities now have the skillset to develop really practical methods of approaching their respective communities. I think my biggest take away from the workshop was that whatever services the municipalities choose to provide their respective communities, it should not be free, because then they will not value the service.

Human Insight zorgt steeds voor stevig onderbouwde trainingen, vanuit een duidelijk kader en focus, maar steeds helder gebracht én met een vleugje humor. Els haar nieuwsbrieven zijn één van de weinige die ik van A tot Z lees. De thema's maken me telkens nieuwsgierig, de informatie is goed gedoseerd en actueel, en ik doe telkens weer een aantal verfrissende inzichten op die ik meeneem naar mijn werk én mijn dagelijks leven! Een dag "Nudging en framing" gevolgd bij Els. Zeer degelijk voorbereid, zeer fun en veel bijgeleerd. Een hele toffe locatie @Ape. ik kijk uit naar dag 2 van de cursus.
