My overall experience was very good. In my first visit the attendant was very friendly and helpful. The English spoken (I'm learning Dutch, this was a major plus for me) was perfect and even when I had to exchange a game later, it was a competently stress free. The fast response and the knowledge they have about the games (Special requirements like if it is necessary Xbox Live or Gold and similar) and systems are pretty good. In all I became a huge fan, of the products and the service as well.

We dropped off some games and a ps vita to sell, and got a reasonable price for them. We mainly didn't want the hassle of trying to sell them online ourselves. We chose cash, but if you get a store voucher you get more. Staff was very friendly.
