Frustrating. No receptionist at desk. Waited for 15 min before the only person in the showroom found the time to help me. To then find out that my appointment for a test drive had to be cancelled because the car was not available. The person who had made the appointment was off sick (which can happen) but, because of what i feel is poor organization, nobody had bothered to call me to cancel.
