I am very disappointed from the service provided at Dokterhuis. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment with Dr Elst Philippe. And after consultation it took over 2 weeks of me calling to finally get in touch with the doctor to get a feedback from my blood test results. I was then assured that they would be emailed to me straight away. The next day after calling again I was passed from department to department once again but with no luck and to be told now that Dr Elst wont be available for two weeks nor the results. My whole experience here was appalling, time consuming and very upsetting.
