Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place because of two important things - customer care and product quality. We visited the store in Antwerp and specifically were looking for a couch suitable for family with kids and without feathers filling because of my allergy. Funnily enough after half a year we got a couch that is I must say comfortable but definitely not practical. To keep it clean you can’t basically sit on it because there’s smudges all over the place stuck from your clothes. It’s nerve wracking and doesn’t look pretty. Plus the worst is yet to come, guess what, it’s filled with feathers! For a 7k couch I would expect better. Will definitely never shop there again, sorry.

Voor 30.000 aan meubels gekocht, bij één van de kasten zijn de inox sierhoeken losgekomen ,2 jaar geleden zijn we begonnen met mails te sturen naar divani voor herstelling van deze kast resultaat is dat we vorige week een mail hebben gekregen, wij vinden niemand voor deze herstelling, zoek zelf maar iemand! Service naverkoop 0,00
Aangename ontvangst met professionele uitleg en coupeke champagne
Salontafel besteld, wordt geleverd met schade en service na verkoop bestaat hier dus niet... Nooit meer ga dan wel naar Abitare voor betere service!!
Na een eerste verkeerde info toch een rechtzetting gekregen. Prachtig salon werd er nu met veel zorg geleverd! Erg tevreden hierover. Ook fijne intérieur tips gekregen van Bart ! Bedankt.
