We bought a pair of bi-collor (white and yellow gold) wedding rings at Davelli Jewellery because we heard they were specialized in wedding rings. But after just one month the white gold simply vanished almost completely. We contacted the vendors and they said this was “normal”, although the information we had from other sources is this was expected to occur only after 2 or more years. The vendor knew we were not from Belgium, so it would be difficult, not to say impossible, for us to return the rings, so they just “washed they hands”, refusing to accept any responsibility, saying this would be our problem, not theirs. What should be a special moment for us became a headache. It is sad to have to face non-honest vendors, that take advantage of people that do not have how to complain or return the goods. The suggestion now is simply: with so many options, do not go there!
