Its one of the worst consulates I've ever visited. Waiting times are more than an hour above the appointment. So if you have an appointment at lets say 10am expect to be seen at no earlier then 11am . There is one window for forigners and the lady seems always lost. She is the one who does all the forigners paperwork and visas and everytime she needs a paper she has to go for at least 3 minutes to look for it. Its unbelievably slow. People have work and other places that they need to attend to . I'm not going to clear my schedule for a whole 4 hours just to submit a request for visa. There is always no one at the entry counter. You have to wait until someone comes to check you out the list so the people above know im here for my appointment. And if this person doesn't show up for a whole hour and you didnt get checked off the list at the right time then you are late for the appointment and they will delay you further. I'm lost for words on this place. I'm sorry I love Turkey and its people but this place needs immediate help.

The appointment I made was around 13.35 and it seemed they had forgotten about it. So I tried asking the receptionist —who had taken 3 breaks and was nowhere to be found for 2 hours—. Overall the people that work here have 0 communication with each other and it feels like there is no administration.
It is fine but only one things if you have appointments at 11:30 SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT ONE HOUR MORE BECAUSE OF LITTLE BUSY
The worst embassy ever. The personal is very rude and unfriendly. And they work reaaaaaaallyyy slow.

Bende onopgeleide werknemers. Zijn dat zelfs werknemers daar? Ze peizen dat ze in hun kot zitten. Afspraken worden nooit op tijd opgevolgd. Of je nu een afspraak hebt of niet, maakt allemaal niet uit voor hen. Je moet er gewoon altijd 2 uurkes extra wachten. Smijt ze gewoon allemaal buiten en pakt er deftige mensen in de plaats!!!!!!!!!!
