I have tried several Pilates studio's in Antwerp, but Miek's is the very best. Her technical knowledge is of an expert level. Her teaching skills and the sound of her voice will carry you away. It isn't just repetition after repetition. She breathes, eats and lives Pilates and will gradually take you further in this magnificent workout, adding variety and new challenges along the way.
