For nearly each of the many visits I made to this shop, the personel was unfriendly and incompetent: there were unable to advise me on the products, provided absolutely no useful information, and even once a false information. I often knew better the products than them. Also they do not really seem to be interested in solving your problem. I saw that the other Brico shop on Nationalestraat is much better, not only in terms of personel but also in terms of available products.

The Maroccan worker with the beard is very sweet and helpfull, he helped me so much to find everything. i'm for sure gonna come back. finally they have usefull workers after all these years

Its the hell on earth. Dont go there unless you dont have another option. Very unfriendly staff. The store is a mess and very old. People at the counter are useless if you ve a question.
