A cozy place to live when in Antwerp, good for bagpackers and solo travelers. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Clean and very well maintained place.

Nice to stay
I like this place because of the staff and relaxed atmosphere, washer/dryer free of charge
No security, the front door and bedroom doors are unlocked 24/7 and my locker was broken. Rooms are very hot in summer with no fans/ac, cramped rooms, curtains don't block out the light... a very bad sleep in summary.
The hostel is quite good even if it is very small. But it is extramely expensive (I pay the same price to be in the main square of Venice in an hotel ), no towels provided and also 4 floor without elevator! And last but no least you have to pay 5 per day per city tax council and even 2,50 for each luggage! Never happen in any hostel in the world! Crazy! Avoid!
More importantly they charge city tax 2.5 euros every night Wifi- Bad - They just have 1 wifi spot which is placed in living room ground floor, so if you are living on 1st or 2nd floor the signal is pretty much bad, you will have to come to living room in order to access full signal/high speed internet Rooms- bunk bed rooms are pretty decent, they have lockers, bed is pretty much okay. Breakfast- pretty much okay for the price you pay ( milk, juice, tea, coffee, sandwich ). Place for cooking is really good and sufficient. Shower- they have different shower area for men and women. Additionally, you can wash your clothes as they have this washing machine and dryer. Living room has couple of bean bags to relax. There is smoking area. Staff is nice but at the same time pretty much lenient, like if some conflict would happen they would be chilled out and wouldn't care much.
We stayed for one night last week with my friend. The location is very nice and central. it’s brand new and quite clean. confortable beds. But... the main door downstairs always stays open (which is not very safe considering there is no lock to the rooms)... lack of showers (only 1 shower for girls and 2 for boys!!)... we stayed in the 9 beds room which was extremely cramped (no storage space to put the bags) also the windows could not open because the bunk beds where in front of them!! I think it’s ok for 1 night max...
