Building a venture from scratch. sleevesup.io is a project, initiated by Ward Rooseleer, Oliver Allmoslechner and Axel Funhoff. We give ourselves 3 months to design a product and 3 additional months to make a business out of it. We follow a clear methodology with a "problem-first"​ approach in order to come up with a great solution. With the power of lean startup approach, design thinking and ideation tools, we focus on solving real life problems, while building a viable business model for an attractive market from scratch.
