SCAM STORE AT AIRPORT You sold me a damaged ring and all your staff refused for any resize, refund, exchange or compensation. The store manager even tried to convince me that the scratches were normal, as if selling damaged jewellery was normal. The Business Development Director Anupam Mishra kept saying that he wants to make it up to us by giving us an exchange while we had been REPEATEDLY STRESSED that we DEMANDED A FULL REFUND. He's blind and deaf to the customers demands. Plus, they constantly delete all the bad comments on Facebook.
