If you are about to book at this place, be aware of the following things that I've experience at. First of all, make sure you are gonna do the check in before 23, otherwise they charge you 20 ( first time it happened to me honestly, and I travel for living so I've been in quiete few places) Second of all, once I arrived the guy who gave me the key wasn't very up to show me around, but that's okay. I've booked the loft room for myself, and beside the dirtiness of the room - the drawer next to the bed was FULL of someone's else stuff ( food too!!!!) was looking like another person was actually using that room, DISGUSTING. Then, there were just one pillow for a double bed, but the worst thing is that they have BEDBUGS! Indeed I had to leave after the first night as I am highly allergic to bedbugs, and couldn't no stay in the building any longer. Due to this, I asked for a refund as I had to leave NOT for my fault, and still didn't have it from the property, neither from bookings. I am truly disappointed for my experience, and expecially for the useless bookings costumer service that didn't help me at all through this. If you are about to book this place, I recommend you not too. Also, very expensive for the room they offer, you can find much better, clean and BEDBUGS free places in Brussels.
