Last Saturday I've been returning some items to Brico Plan-it. After taking my voucher I've checked for some other things I needed and I've lost the voucher in the store. It was quite a large amount of money and it was found by one of the staff members on the floor and they have kept. Needles to say that when I was about to pay I got pretty nervous since I couldn't find it. My partner looked for it in the whole store and the staff that found the voucher returned it. So i wanted to thank the entire personnel and to my boyfriend. :) Great service :)

Worst experience. Bad: I ordered more than two months ago in Ternat and still no delivery (when ordering, they had told me it would tzke 10 days to get the product delivered). When I call the service, it often lasts 10 minutes before getting someone on the phone, sometimes I get nobody answering, the ringing stops and you have to start the procedure again. Thy promised the delivery for last week but nothing happened. I regret my order strongly!

It's a Brico. Plaques, saws, screw, pipes ... It was neat and tidy. The drive in works very well. There is enough room to drive around. Basically, you take everything you need (gravel, sand, bricks...) then head to the exit where you are controlled and billed accordingly. Very easy! The only downside was one employee who was not professional. He saw us with planks and did not told us they don't cut them! He only told us when I asked him where the guy was since we rang the bell 15 minutes ago. Plank are quite cheap (5 for 13018300). Near the exit, there is 4 saws that are free to use. So, we were able to cut our plank so they fit into the car.
