Good location near to midi international train station clean and calm small studio Friendly staff
like
New hotel in improving neighborhood. About 5 mins walk from Brussels Zuid (Midi) station. Can only check in around 1500. Early check in before 1200 is charged a 40 euro fee. Does early check out get a refund? Reasonable hotel but poor check in policy.
Studio was clean and comfortable, walls in the bathroom had few stains. There was a whistle only at night, like a water flowing, probably the aircon. I mentioned that to the reception so they could check. Location is not far from the Brussels midi station which is convenient.
Cleanliness is not great. Location is about 20 minutes from city centre but the area is quite intimidating. You have lots of men loitering the streets, smoking and urinating wherever they like. Parking fees were a rip off. I paod 27 per day. With flexipark, it's 12.50 for the exact same parking. No food facilities. No information related tk the use of the room or telephone. Nail clippings on the floor... Not recommended.
Me encantó, estudio muy limpio , todo nuevo, muy equipado y el personal muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo !!
Bon emplacement, propre avec un personnel sympathique. Lit comfortable et assez d'ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner.
Rien à dire sur la gestion de l hotel ni sur la qualité des appartements mais mauvais point pour l emplacement de celui ci. Quartier à éviter, dangereux, très mal fréquenté. Un bar juste en dessous qui crée des nuisances une partie de la nuit. Parking payant trop cher : 27/jour mais nécessaire pour la sécurité du véhicule. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel
Point possitif: L'appartement étais propre la dame à la réception gentil et agréable. Point faible: on nous à pas prévenu pour le petit dejeuner qu'il fallais réserver avant la fermeture de l'accueil, dommage que il y a que 1 seul carte part chambre, car moi mon copain fume moi non bah je suis quand même obliger de descendre avec lui car si il prend la carte l'électricité ce coupe.
