Bon jour! As we frequently stay at the Pullman's we visit the place quite often. The Hippopotamus was refurbished giving it a more open and brighter design. All in all good service, good quality meat and all at reasonable prices.

Une cuisine raffinée, des plats bien servis et avec une présentation soignée. L'équipe est très serviable et de bon conseil. Et en plus de ça, les prix sont tout à fait abordables. Ça change de tous ces restaurants \chinois\, souvent plus chers, et qui servent tous des plats congelés !

Love the freshness of the sashimi. This is one of our favourite places to go for sushi & sashimi & Chinese dim sum, especially love that the plates come on a conveyor belt so you can see what you are choosing. The service here is excellent, also.
