I had a car loan with this company. I paid my rate before the deadline, knew I would pay more, forgot to cancel the payment and they took the money one month more. I wrote, I called with a request for a refund of one month's payment, I waited a month without any answers and I get my money back. note this company
I keep receiving from this entity sms, and calls as reminder for credit although I have never been their customer. I contacted them several times, by phone three times and by mail 5 times. I still receive sms with reminder of a payment for credit I have never had taken. They are not able even to check that my phone is registered with BASE now 10 years with monthly abonament and does not belong to the person they borrowed. What a mess with this organisation and their credit process.
I tried to call them and they dont even let me wäit in the queue. So far impossible to reach somebody. The voice Mailbox only says that all lignes are busy and to try later. Afterwards the call is automatically Hung up.. I just hope to reach someone but i am trying already si ce one week..
BNP Paribas Fortis Optiline. Instead of receiving my credicart transactions, I receive montly a mail telling me i can do this online, what a waste of paper, money and time. Additionally, I wanted to send an email to them, but they do not have an email account. Terrible service, Im cancelling my creditcard with them.
worst bank ever....they dont want to speak english....what kind of bank is this????and the client service quality??????dont even bother...
I've been trying to call the customer service for days, no chance to talk to anyone: 'the lines are busy, please call later', says the message. I sent an email, no reply.
Not helpful and arrogant people, noone there speak English. Definitely not recommend.
