The food and service were excellent. Despite our complex dietary restrictions they provided a lovely degustation experience. We shifted gears to wine pairings mid-meal without a hitch. Great cocktails, delightful food, superb wine, cheese and liqueurs that lasted until breakfast the next morning.

Small venue, however nicely arrange, which creates an intimate experience. Great service and very helpful. The wait staffs were good enough. Food on the other hand was out of this world. Delicious and very well thought by the chef. I cannot wait to return to this restaurant. Everything is delicious for me
This is probably the best restaurant I have eaten in. The food is exceptional and the menu is simply fantastic. The service is very friendly and efficient. If I could give it 6 stars then I would! A wonderful atmosphere and a fabulous eating experience inside a beautiful setting.
Upon entrance, the first impression was that the interior was a bit dull and one could smell the kitchen odour. We chose the 5-course menu with wine pairing. The service was very good. The wine selection was excellent. Absolutely delicious were the lobster and the chocolate dessert. We went with higher expectations...
Under new management, Alexandre delivered a friendly and delectable experience from start to finish.We were over in Brussels to live Brexit from the heart of Europe and we were delighted to be looked after by Lise and her team. Great cocktails, delightful food, superb wine, cheese and liqueurs that lasted until breakfast the next morning.
Great taste with surprise. Taste is very subtle. Little smoke and carrot with ginger... amazingly everything is harmonised. The staff always keep a good distance. The space is wide and keep cosy. You can be relax.
At the end I decided to have dinner at Alexandre, well it was perfect! The service, the food, the wine's list, everything is managed at the highest level! This place worths any euro you are going to pay for it. The food is prepared and presented in a way that shows the research and the creativity behind any dish. You feel at home in an elegant eviroment... great experience! And not to be missed the chefs are a group of three girls!
Unfortunately our experience was awful. I got food poisoning, and my husband was also very poorly. But that was not the main problem, the problem was how the restaurant dealt with it . Never offered to refund the cost of the meal . I had to fight really hard to have at least my portion given back...incredible really. So inelegant! Also discovered I had been overcharged for the meal advertised as testing menu for 4 at euros 70 but charged euros 95 each. The admitted that the prices were new and not yet published, which is illegal to charge unpublished prices, they also charged for not consumed wine testing. It was a bit of a disaster. It was our last day on a holiday tour of Europe and wanted to make it special, but was really awful. I nearly missed my Eurostar connection being so very ill. The restaurant was arrogant and insensitive to the whole affair. they should have offered to refund the whole meal no question asked. The really should be reported to the Office of fair trading. I think I will. AW
