I made a reservation online and arrived 10 minutes prior to the booked tine slot. The new COVID-19 procedure is that you leave the car, the key and all the required documents at the entry of the ACT building and you circle it and recuperate everything on the other side of the building, after the car test were done. All in all, 15 minutes.
