You guys are the reason I drive a BMW! Great service really! I was raised with another car brand in my DNA and driving company cars since 20 years I tried alternatives, a lot. Last choice for BMW was just because I knew that you would be servicing it (and it's a great driving experience ;-)) Yesterday again, impressed: picked up my car after small maintenance and some minor asks...no I did not ask to go to the car wash but you guys did it anyway :)) really happy customer. keep up the good work. Last december (2019) BMW Jorssen was hosting an event that I attended. I used the opportunity to go on discovery in their garage. My focus: beautiful design combined with high tech and I took my chance to discover the BMW I8 Roadster. Loved it! I really appreciated the way I was helped by the staf members. They all communicated in a very pleasant way Every person that I spoke with gave me all the information that I needed, in a very friendly way . The team of BMW Jorssen Antwerpen Zuid did a great job to give everybody the best possible experience. A place to recommend #discoverenjoyfeelgood2
Friendly and great service. The only minus in my opinion is that their online appointment planner could use some improvements. It's great that you can see which dates are unavailable, but it seems those are hardcoded on the next 2 weeks. If you select a date/time available, 9 times out of 10 they'll call you back to tell you that that they don't have any time that day, and they'll have to reschedule it. Service would be perfect if those time slots are properly disabled in that case.
Having had a very bad experience with another garage. We asked our leasing company for another garage to do the body repairs needed. Jorssen took directly actions, even if the car was not a bmw, made it possible to have a replacement car where all the family fitted...and delivered the car in perfect state, and perfect repairs. The customer service interaction has been direct, franck and solution orientated. If i buy a bmw next, i know where to go. Thanks again guys !
