Trying to schedule a test drive for days now: no response to web request, phone calls or emails. Truly disappointing. Wondering if I should go for another brand, if this is how they treat customers that have not purchased anything yet.

was there to check engine oil level, and after an hour waiting for repair. i have been told it is ok then complete breakdown on highway after 20 minutes driving due to coolant liquid shortage and my cruze control not working for software issues and temperature of car went up 120C the car is only 24000 km new Karoq , am too disappointed
Visited last week with a mechanical problem after 4 week wait. Part unavailable so they ordered it. I was told they would call once in stock and it was implied it would be fitted quickly. 8 days later and no phone call, I tried calling them. I was given two direct numbers to call the relevant individuals. But after multiple failed attempts, I visited in person. I was informed they are no longer answering the phone (neither their automated call system nor the individual I spoke to said anything about this), that my part had been delivered but the next appointment was 4 weeks away in mid August. I understand it’s difficult at the moment, but I regard this as exceptionally poor service at multiple stages in my ultimately unsuccessful attempt to get a basic repair. I’ll be going elsewhere in future. UPDATE 27/7: I tried emailing the address below. Message failed to be delivered because “the remote server is misconfigured”.
Good price for good cars but administratively speaking, it's a mess. Sellers are not reachable by phone. When they say they call you back, they never do.
Very friendly dealers, reception and staff in general! They develop a friendly bond with their customers and they also give great advice as to what options you should take relating to your lifestyle!
Third time I come into the showroom in a month, wait for at least half an hour to talk to someone, as there is only one sales person which is obviously busy. Third time and also last time.
Good service
Friendly and correct personnel. You never know what was done there, but I don't expect some surprises.
