QUALITY DUBIOUS, CUSTOMER SERVICE DIFFICULT TO REACH. Bought a Balmani shower tray online. It arrived scratched. Submitted exchange request online, it went ignored for days while my renovation was waiting. Called their customer service number several times, no response. Finally went to the shop myself, and they agreed to exchange. One week later new tray arrives - defective again.
