Alitalia is going from bad to worse due to their attitude, arrogance and lack of respect towards the most important thing: THE CUSTOMER! Fire all the Italians of the airline and it may becone a great airline. Today, alitalia its not on serie A! For now, I would recommend looking for another option,even if more expensive.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Terrible customer service. Woman on phone was very condescending and yelled at us when we could not understand her unclear instructions. Only refunded us 25euros for a 200euro ticket. Do not fly with them !!!
Useless communicating with them, they take no responsability whatsoever. Because of a delay from their flight I was charged extra in my hotel because of a late check-in. If their flight would have been on time their would have been no issues. Alitalia just doesn't take any responsability for their customers which is clear by the other reviews. Better avoid this airline and go somewhere else...
Cancelled my flight without refund
To reach the office was not a problem at all , but the service was not CUSTOMER service. The girl got very angry and started speaking in a loud voice when I asked some written information concerning the company policy to which she reffered to. There is a lot to improve in customer service

Won't use this Airline ever again.
Got the online ticket through their sofort link. Money was paid and withdrawn from my account. No tickets was issued. Called on regular office hours next day. No ticket on my name. Had to pay more for same flight not knowing if I will have the money back. Customer service is helpless and very poor. Italy diserves et better company and brighter customer service!
