I am following the prenatal yoga classes since almost the very begining of my pregnancy and I enjoy it a lot, once or twice a week. I really feel the benefit and Sophie seems to know perfectly what our body needs in this period of life. I have also experienced the other courses before my pregnancy and enjoyed it a lot.
