These people lie and sell fraudulent goods. They're buying low karat gold items in the UK and reselling them as 18k, knowing that the buyer has no recourse under Belgian law. I've bought 4 items from them, sold as 18k turned out to be 14k and 15k. When I returned to them with my complaint the auctioneer, Rodolphe de Maleingreau d'Hembise, said in effect "who cares, it's your problem", and that their so-called expert Mme Dorchy, a horribly insolent and irresponsible woman, "already responded to you". Lies. Given the price of gold these days, it is a big deal, especially when you buy solid gold chains, the difference is several hundred Euros. So, caveat emptor, don't buy unless you pay with a US or UK credit card that will back you up. And you can count on a disparaging response from them saying they have no idea who I am in 3_2_1_... Ask yourself how 1) I have so much detail on these transactions, and 2) their response will be a clear indication of their poor faith in dealing. Avoid unless you're prepared to lose.

Attention aux ventes frauduleuses! Commissaire priseur qui engage en l'arnaque avec un regularité perturbant, vend des objets qui ne conforme pas au déscriptif. A éviter!
Un lot incomplet, un lot absent, lors de la livraison, presqu’un an pour qu’ils me livrent ce qu’il manque et refuse de me rembourser le lot qui n'était pas présent dans le colis. Une honte !! Commissaire priseur agressif et menaçant !!
