No suspension of the abonement possible for 2021. Total disregard for customers. Very lousy leadership, super slow to come up with a solution for members during the first confinement. All these talks about being part of the solution and solidarity... Makes me feel even more annoyed. Aspria has great installations, nice staff but it has become even clearer with the pandemic the management takes the customers for fools

Lots of possibilities to work out. There is a wide variety of groups lessons. The staff is very polite and helpful. Only downside is that it is quite expensive but you get a lot of quality in return.

We went for an introductory tour which lasts for about an hour. The facilities looked good but unfortunately there is no free trial to try them out during your first visit. Usually gyms offer it. I liked the fact that there is creche but the creche is rarely open after work when it is actually needed (during daytime you can leave your kid to a regular creche). The creche is also at an extra charge (symbolic but still). For kids swimming you have to pay quite a lot extra (ca 225 euros for 3 months). Tennis courts are also at extra cost over the winter. So a lot of extras coming from here and there while paying quite a substantial amount already.
