After you ate at Chez Nils, no BBQ will ever taste as good, be warned! The cold smoked nuts that set off the start for this exclusive culinary journey were to die for! We were treated to finger licking delicious finger food; starting with the best ribs you'll ever have, followed by the most tasty chicken wings that ever touched my lips! The main course consisted of the most amazing tasty, juicy well seasoned pork ( I didn't know the meaning of flavour until this moment: I almost cried a little ) and delicious pickled cucumber and smoked sweet potato!! The evening came to a halt with beautiful quenelle of lightly smoked chocolate mouse on a bed of flavour packed vanille cream! The dish was topped with shaving of magical chocolate dust! On a side note, it was pretty clear the table nexto us also enjoyed the food thoroughly as they attacked their ribs like I've never seen before! I'd highly recommend this place, if you're luckily enough to get in. Next possible bookings are now 2023...

I was going to Chez Nils with big expectations, but what I got served was even better than I could imagine! Starting off with ribs and chicken wings as finger food, followed by one of the softest pieces of meat I got served in like my whole lifetime. It that's not enough, the dessert was also finger-licking good. Definitely would recommend this place. Note: Be quick! Next possible bookings are now 2026!
This establishment exceeded my expectations by far. An evening started by perfectly served drinks, combined with delicious fingerfoods that were smoked to perfection. The main course blew my mind - outstanding meat flavour combined with a delicacy of fresh vegetables with a smokey aftertaste. The desert was the finishing touch to make this an evening to remember! Will be back here in 2028 - postponed my wedding for an available spot at Chez Nils.
Love this place. The moink balls of Chez Nils are the best and most juicy I ever had! Also the aubergine was wonderfully seasoned. Very happy to come back soon!
Holy smoke, this place is grillmaster heaven! Here you can taste dedication, passion and craftmanship. There's a long reservation/waiting list, but it's worth it. Best to make your bookings now for 2020.
