I ordered a piece of furniture on the website. The indicated delivery time was 1 week. WEBA claims to have 2 weeks on average. I just called to hear from them that delivery has been delayed by 1,5 months without notification. This is unacceptable. If I owned shares of this business, I would sell them now. In the age of ecommerce, this is unacceptable. Next time I will order somewhere else. When considering buying here, keep in mind that there is a good chance you wont have your furniture for months.

Great selection of furniture. A must visit place before you finalize anything. Available in low to medium budget range. Staff is quite helpful if you have questions. Ample amount of parking is available. It's adjacent to Decathlon. Trucks for hire are available. They also arrange delivery to all nearby cities. They can arrange Lift up to second floor in the delivery charges it self. However, extra charge is applicable if you live on third floor or above. They provide multiple delivery date options in a month. You can choose the date that suits you the best. Advance booking amount the furniture is 20% of the invoice value. They can also block the furniture for you (for a week or so) if the stock is limited and you need time to decide.

Good quality products, wide selection, fair prices. When I had a problem, it was sorted over the phone. Then they sent me immediately a replacement invoice via email to exchange the item directly at the storage. Overall great experience, highly recommended, thank you!

Yes it has nice furniture but expensive and with the worst delivery service ever! I payed for a delivery on my front door 2nd floor no elevator, with the lift provided by Weba. As they told me they do not deliver on the 2nd floor, by stairs that heavy furniture (double bed and wardrobe). When the delivery came a week later they could not reach the second floor windows with their lift. They reach Max up to 5.80m. It was mentioned with small letters on the order paper in Dutch which they knew I do not speak and there was no information what so ever verbally when I placed my order of 800 . I had asked of course for information in English and verbal clarification but nowhere the sales person mentioned a maximum 2nd floor hight of 5.80 m. And yes when I make an order of 800 I expect for things like that to be sure that are clear as it is their services and limitations. I had to take up through the stairs on the 2nd floor my furniture on my own. Really bad service and communication for the prices they have!! Better to have taken them from IKEA!!!! Dear Weba, tour response here, your attitude and luck of proper communication to the customer of your services (whish is part of your job by the way, for which you are payed for) lost you approximately a second order of 1500 which I was thinking to place for my leaving room.

I like this shop very much. Nice design. Good quality. And competitive prices. Furthermore you can have a free drink while shopping there. It makes the whole experience really great. I m from Brussels but when i m in Gent i always try to have a stop there and always leave the shop with something.
