I leveraged DJ event for my wedding. The price was 50% higher than other providers. I actually requested a quote 6 months in advance and back then the price was in line with other prividers but at the time I chose for a private DJ i met at a party. The private DJ ultimately cancelled so I went back to this company 2 months before the event, by that point the price had inflated significantly. The service was good and on time, but nothing to justify the super premium price. I also had to brief a new DJ 2 days before the wedding as my original DJ fell sick (it happens but obviously not the best when you are so close to such an important day). In the dancing evening we had fun but very few of songs I had chosen were used.
