Sushi is about the rice, not just the fish. I've tried so many sushi places in Brussels, only to weep because of the poor condition of the rice. But finally, I found a sushi place that does the rice right. I'll spare you the great lengths I could go when describing good rice, but their rice was not mushy and used good quality short grains. It made each bite nice and delicious. I'd like to see more variety in their rolls, but that's only because I miss roll shops like they have in LA or San Francisco.

TO AVOID. Ordered sushi at 17:30, called at 19:30 later at 20:30 to ask why such a delay, got to know they missed my order but would delever asap... the order never came, no call, no email, nothing to explain why.
