Terrible experience. Bought car arrived in really bad condition. I would never buy car if i would know real condition. Adesa does not care. Look at pictures.

I bought one car from them. I am waiting more than 40 days. No car, no money, no answer from customer service. The staff has any Infos and put down the phone. Very unprofessional. Sad

!!! Hello, I purchased a BMW X6 from carsontheweb last year in June 2018. Within a month after it was delivered, the car was detained by Romanian police , because it was being followed by the INTERPOL and Belgian authorities on the grounds that LEASING of the car was not paid in full, remaining to be paid another 24,000 euros. I tried to solve the problem with Carsontheweb friendly, but they did not respond to the email or phone calls and after 1 year the car is still in the police yard. No chance to get the car from them. The crew has any ideas where are the cars. Unhelpfull, arogant, lazy

Vehicles not tested, only photographed. Some cars arrive with technical problems (eg, the car will not start, clogged DPF, bad EGR) and also sometime arrive with no mandatory car equipment, no spare wheel, which will make the purchase will be significantly more expensive. The complaint is practically not possible. I can not recommned buying vehicles through Adesa portal.

They do not care about what they sell. We purchased a car and pay additional costs for copy of documents. The car arrived finally but the documents not, even in copy as we paid. We were forced to take over the car on truck because this issue (we were not be able to issues number plates as we did not have the documents) and wait one month until the documents arrived (this was because we got in contact with the leasing companies and received them directly). We lost customers and did not use the car without number plates. Every time we ask somebody from Adesa, they acted like it was the first time they hear about our problem. We noticed they even do not have a system like CRM in which they should follow a problem (Professional reaction ZERO). When we asked for documents, they answered us that the leasing company does not want to send them. In reality, ADESA never asked for our documents. WE HARDLY RECOMAND TO NOT BUY CARS VIA ADESA AND MAKE ACCOUNT DIRECTLY FROM THE LEASING COMPANIES LIKE LEASEPLAN, ARVAL, ALD, ETC and organize a separate transfer. I can define ADESA like the worst services I ever met in my professional life.
