While quick to answer the phone and provide information, they did not seem to possess the common sense to provide the most crucial information - that they do not take payment with card (any type!). We called 3 times to confirm information so there was plenty of opportunity to do so. And this in the time of covid19 when I'm even less likely to carry 200 euro on me at all times. The closest ATM that was 'just around the corner' appeared to be in the next town over at which point we decided to spend our time and money somewhere that is actually interested in providing service. Do a freaking better job.

KAYAK You should really inform yourself about the water-level of the surface that day. Please do not go when it's low because kayaking on rocks is disturbingly annoying. I had to carry the boat more than I could peddle on the water. The tour is 9 km long. The river is in my opinion not that clean. Bring something where you can put your keys and personal stuff in without becoming wet because there are no lockers or anything else. You have to put your stuff in the kayak. They sell low quality water-free bags for 3 euro, it's not worth it in my opinion. Not covid 19 friendly. PAINTBALL Good experience. You can go without reservation, so it's more spontaneous. But overall it's better to reserve if possible. I really recommend going with a group of more than 8 people (go with an even number!). Foresee cash money if you want to buy extra bullets. (8 euro for 50 bullets). 100 bullets is not enough to play the game properly. (would recommend 250 bullets, you can also go higher but personally that's quite expensive. The people were very friendly, and could speak fluently dutch and french (probably English as well but there were no foreigners). I wouldn't play paintball if your not prepared to get bruises. GENERAL You cannot pay with the card. But we've had to pay for more than 300 euros in cash that's ridiculous. We had to pay 80 cents for disgusting bathrooms.

Kayak hiking torture tour\. Ever tried peddling on rocky riverbed instead of water? Book this tour! Got stuck on the riverbed many, many times. Lots of walking. Do you like walking in a river dragging a kayak along? Then this is just for you. Want to make your friends, wife, kids or family suffer? Book now. This is no fun at all. You'll be stuck on rocks the better part of 2,5 hours.

I notified the company that I will come on Friday. They answered and told me that a reservation was not necessary and that I should just show up during working hours. When finally being there (after 4 hours of transport) no one was there. In a call with a staff member, they told me that they decided the evening before, that it would be closed for the following day. No notifications, nothing written on the website. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable.

Couldnt be reached by phone, so drove to the place, but walked away, prices per person are way too high. Kayak not possible, water level too low, only possible at the lake of Robertsville(17km away) Wanna rent a quad or 4x4, be aware price per person

Very disappointed. Can’t do anything unless In a group of ten. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are 10 people.

So, we booked a kayak adventure for the day, which could be fun and sporty under the right circumstances. At first, when they give you the kayak they gave us child size kayaks.. we we a group of 8 guys all around 1.90 tall.... What they also fail to mention is that the river -today, this week- isnt really suited for kayaking. Most of the river is less then a peddle-blade deep. So what you get is that most of the time your stuck on rocks and the river being this shallow... your kayak is grounded for most of the time. Unable to move or peddle. Really anoying. Also, because the water is shallow there are big rocks everywhere just under the surface or just above the water which you keep on bumping on to. This trip took us 3 to 3.5 hours... for just one trip down river of about 8 kilometers. Ofcourse, parts were fun and we could have deceided ourselves wheter to take the trip or not. But i think it might be fair to advice your customers beforehand that the water is shallow and conditions are not optimal. I can rent you ice skates in summer, you can wear them and go to the pond.. but you can't enjoy them; there sorta is no point in there. So yeah. Think twice and take a look at the river before booking. A bucket in which your personal stuff stays dry is 3 euro extra. ......
