I have ordered 3 month ago 3 items, and they delivered in after 2 month, with missing parts. I wrote messages to ask where are my missing parts, but there is no response at all. Although I liked this shop I will never shop here! The delivery is nothing but reliable, and practically there is no customer service.

I ordered 2 times online on maisonsdumonde.be and every time, what I received didn't match what I ordered. Here, I ordered a blue chair, and I received a white vanity ! And I got no answer from the customer support. Avoid at all cost this online shop !!!!!!

The Brussels store of Maisons du Monde is one of the best of the country in numbers of items, quality of presentation. The concept is really cool, selling furtniture, lighting, mirrors and many other interior accessories in authentic styles, mostly colonial, NY Industrial, Eastern Asian and North African. Last, time, we bumped into some missing price tags, which unfortunately took some time for the staff to figure out, they remained very friendly though and we were amazed about their product knowledge on items that were not exposed, hence only available on order. Last but not least, don't forget look or to ask for their inspiring catalog !
