Stay away from their split airco. Service is non-existent. They have 0 mechanics, if they brake, you're on your own. And they do break. First airco unit ran out of fluid after 2.5 years, i could not get an onsite diagnostic or a refill from them, they simply don't do that. They said blame their quick connect connectors for leaks. Got 30% discount on a new unit with revised bolt connections which don't leak. The inside unit of the new one makes a lot of noise, so much it resonates into my brick walls. Impossible to sleep with even on silent setting. Detachting the unit from the wall solves the resonance but the inside unit keeps buzzing, besides i cannot hold the unit in my hands during operation right? Send them a video sample of the noise, they denied it was loud. Never buy qlima, zibro or whatever they rebrand it in. Granted, it is cheap, but you can tell it is and you'll regret it.

Partez en courant devant tous les produits de cette marque (tectro, Qlima). Service après-vente catastrophique, inexistant, malhonnête enfin en-dessous de tout. Manque de professionnalisme, de psychologique et de règles. Ne vous laissez pas aveugler par le prix de vente.

Deze firma zijn een bende oplichters. Reeds 2 maal een kachel binnen gebracht onder garantie. Telkens wijgerd men onder garantie te herstellen. Men gebruikt telkens de zelfde reden. Foutieve brandstof. Echter gebruik ik enkel de juiste wat ik ook kan bewijzen. Na beetje onderzoek weet ik dat met dit steeds gebruikt om geen garantie te hoeven geven.
